So far, I have completed one of the highest quality training in systems-psychodynamic field and now work as a certified organisational consultant and executive coach, a certified Analytic-Network coach, authorized to use A-N Coaching System™, one of the most advanced coaching programs in the industry.

Since 2019, I am a co-founder of Jelena CONSULTING and a member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Studies of Organizations (ISPSO).
