About the role:
Remote based
Direct Client Training
Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls
Assist with answering customer inquiries
Provide Email Support to customers
Answer Live chat using the tawk.to platform
Qualifications:
Must have work experience in a similar role
Must have great English skills: writing and speaking
