Assistant at Museum Hack

We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to join our 100% remote team.

You will be supporting our team on live video conferences, and business admin functions.

The salary is $40,000 USD per year plus benefits.

This job is open to anyone eligible to work in the US.

Requirements

• You are a quick and accurate communicator, including email, phone, text, etc.
• You have a quiet, stable place to work with reliable internet
• You are available to work 8+ hours per day, five days per week
• You have a record of reliable communication, meeting deadlines and hitting goals
• You are obsessed with details!

• Experience running admin tasks on virtual meetings

• Available to work one weekend per month

• Quick and accurate admin projects
• Manager simple “tech support” during virtual meetings
• Support our operations team with other projects
• Help our systems run more smoothly
