Part-time Virtual Assistant For Dentist Entrepreneur Organization
Summary:
Part Time Position 15-25 hours per week
Work from home no office
Location independent can work from anywhere
Must work during US time zone hours
No experience necessary, but preferred
Pay: $15-17/hour depending on experience

As An US Based Virtual Assistant You Will Be Doing The Following:
Communicating directly with clients
Organizing meetings, ensuring meeting attendance
Managing small projects and initiatives to completion
Creating process documents
Managing billing system, ensuring all clients pay on time
Communicate with clients about billing
Managing filing system
Executive assistant duties, such as but not limited to follow-ups and communication
Be able to pay close attention to detail as well as manage multiple priorities
