Description

Content marketing is one of the core engines that runs our business and allows us to get our life-changing courses into the hands of those who need them most.

Our ability to produce hyper-relevant and helpful content for both people who’ve never heard of us AND our existing audience is a pretty big deal ‘round these parts.

If you’re a creative, organized, digital marketing savvy self-motivated superstar who’s up to the task of helping us crank our content marketing engine to full capacity, keep reading…

This position’s primary focus is to assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of the company’s overall marketing content strategy. You’re a master in understanding performance and priorities, and able to assist the Marketing team in the creation of original content to attract cold and warm audiences to our world (and offerings).

The Content Marketing Coordinator will be directly supporting our Inbound Marketing Manager, who is responsible for inbound marketing initiatives such as ongoing lead generation/funnels, content marketing, website optimization, marketing automation, SEO, and more. In addition, this role will also be supporting our Product Marketing Team during launches.

We’re looking for someone with strong copywriting skills who understands the importance of brand voice, quality content, and has some understanding of SEO. You’ll be writing content for assets like free guides, lead generation quizzes, blog posts, LinkedIn articles, checklists, cheat sheets, video scripts, pre-launch content and more.

Amy’s known for her ability to break big ideas and strategies down into bite sized, easy to understand pieces and it’ll be your job to create content that does the same.

As a company that teaches online marketing, it’s important that our Content Marketing Coordinator is committed to excellence and always up to learn new things. We need someone who’s experienced, confident, and ready to dive in headfirst and make things happen!

This role is full-time and work-from-home. In addition to working alongside our Inbound Marketing Manager, you’ll also work closely with other key team members in both the Marketing and Content Department .

We’re not your average company — we always make sure our team members have plenty of freedom and flexibility to live their best lives, recharge, and have fun (major perks of working as a remote team!)

That said, the online marketing world doesn’t take breaks — that’s why we need our team members to be flexible too. The tasks required in this role typically fit into an 8-6pm schedule but during product launches, we sometimes tap into hours outside that range.

Our dream Content Marketing Coordinator is open to finding their own rhythm and creating a schedule that serves their life while aligning with the guiding principle of “until the job is done.”

Our Values

Our team is ambitious (always striving for excellence), hungry (competitive to the core; always wanting to be at the top) and enthusiastic (always excited about the work we are doing.)

We do whatever it takes to get the job done.

  • “That’s not my job” is not part of our vocabulary.
  • Since we are a small, but mighty team, we jump in where needed and are not afraid to get our hands dirty in the details.
  • We do whatever it takes to do the best we can in our specific roles.

When it comes to our customers and community, we lead with compassion.

  • We understand that everyone is doing the very best they can in the moment.
  • We subscribe to the belief that everyone we connect with is fighting their own battle we know nothing about.
  • We believe that compassion and kindness are exactly what they need to keep moving forward.

We are all coachable.

  • We are willing to make mistakes, learn from them quickly and continue to grow.
  • We put down our defenses, take a moment to process, take the feedback and run with it.

We each take complete ownership of our roles.

  • Never will you see us pass off our job or project to someone else.
  • Although we know we can always ask for help, we keep our own monkeys.
  • We each feel extreme pride in the work we are doing and we own our projects like a boss.

We are resourceful to the core. You will never hear us say it can’t be done. We will find a way.

  • We are creative, strategic and thoughtful in our actions. We believe there is always a way to make it work and we will do the digging to figure it out.
  • We don’t expect others on the team to tell us what to do or how to do it. We always help each other out when needed, but ultimately, when needed, we do the work to figure things out.

We laugh . . . a lot.

  • We genuinely like working with each other, so finding the fun in the moment, even when things are tough, it is just part of our culture.
