Crawford Group is seeking a Technical Content Marketing Specialist for a computer software client. The qualified Technical Content Marketing Specialist is a content writer who enjoys story telling and technical accuracy. The Ecosystem Marketing team is on a mission to grow a healthy ecosystem where developers help our customers extend and maximize tools in useful, trusted, and delightful ways. The company focuses on driving developer marketing, strategic partner marketing, and building awareness for our marketplace and apps.This is a remote, part-time consulting opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Author engaging developer-facing content including blog posts, ad copy, social posts, guides, contributed articles, landing pages, tutorials, and videos
Increase entrances to, and engagement (monthly active users) on, the developer site
Conduct ongoing analysis and insights into content performance; create SEO-rich content based on recommendations provided by the internal SEO team
Leverage relevant social channels to drive developer engagement
Partner closely with Developer Marketing, Developer Experience, and Platform Product Managers to craft and deliver compelling content that instills trust and incentives developers to build
Will spend time on Stack Overflow and find out what’s new in the world from HN

Requirements:
Enjoys the art of SEO and continuously monitor the performance of your content
Understand the motivations of a software developer
Has an understanding of software development practices and APIs
Is a creative problem solver who enjoys a good puzzle
Comfortable with data analysis and knows how to use data to revise a message, and how to craft a compelling story using data-driven insights
